Personal projects
- Founder and developer of the only site which provides travelers a customized weather forecast for each port of call on their cruise in one consolidated chart, including weather for days at sea and other information about their trip.
- Search-engine optimization has resulted in this site being the first result on major search engines for queries like "cruise weather", "cruise forecast", and "weather for my cruise".
- Pro bono website designed for a US Marine who was killed in action while serving in Afghanistan.
- The site is built with Laravel and features a custom content management system that allows members of the non-profit to manage the site’s content. Additionally, an ordering system was developed for the annual golf tournament to accept payments via Stripe for registrations and sponsorships.
Professional work
- Member of a small team at Critical Mass that redesigned the global ATM experience for Citibank.
- Enhancements include quick access to balances, simplified screen flows for common transactions, and intelligence that remembers customer preferences.
Salesforce Implementation
- Led a five year initiative at Home Box Office (HBO) to reimagine and rebuild several legacy homegrown applications in Salesforce.
- The effort resulted in a significant reduction in support resources and the ability to more quickly and cost effectively deliver solutions which adapt to evolving business needs.
Sports Blackouts
- Reverse engineered and rebuilt a legacy process at Warner Bros. Discovery as a Python CLI tool that determines what geographic regions to blackout as contractually obligated by various leagues.
